从出土档案看西夏官吏请假制度

【摘要】：西夏官吏请假制度反映了西夏官吏管理制度。通过对西夏故地甘肃武威出土的2份汉文请假条和《天盛律令》中有关请假规定的研究,我们知道西夏的官吏请假制度手续严格,程序规范,宽严适度,这有力地激励了官吏的信心,提高了办事效率。这一制度对后世也有一定的影响。
[Abstract]:Xixia official leave system reflects the Xixia official management system. Through the study of the two Chinese leave notes unearthed in Wuwei, Gansu Province, where Xixia was located, and the relevant leave provisions in the "Tiansheng Law", we know that the official leave system of the Western Xia Dynasty is strict in procedures, standard in procedure, and lenient, strict and appropriate. This powerfully inspires the confidence of officials and improves the efficiency of their work. This system also has certain influence on later generations.
