论北魏实封爵的实行及其爵位等级的确立

【摘要】：北魏太和十六年,孝文帝开始爵位改革,并实行实封爵制。北魏孝文帝为实封爵规定了明确的品级序列。这一品级序列以王爵为最高爵位,并包括不同品级的开国爵。在后《职员令》制定前,实封爵与虚封爵有各自的品级序列,但与国家的职官体系没有联系。北魏太和二十三年,后《职员令》制定后,将实封爵与虚封爵(散爵)的级别相互交错编制一起,构成新的特殊品级序列,并将这一爵位品级序列融入职官品级体系中,因而形成了官、爵一体化体制。但国家在爵位的封授上,只能依据实封爵本身的品级序列,因此,实封爵的等级表现出明显的两重性。
[Abstract]:The Northern Wei Dynasty Taihe sixteen years, the emperor Xiaowen began to reform the title, and the implementation of the system. Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty defined a clear rank sequence for the actual monarch. This rank sequence, with the title as the highest rank, and includes different grades of the founding knights. Prior to the formulation of the order, the de facto and the fictitious monarchs had their own rank sequences, but had no connection with the national official system. In the twenty-three years of Taihe of the Northern Wei Dynasty, after the formulation of the "order of staff", the levels of the solid and the virtual (scattered) were interleaved to form a new special rank sequence, and the rank sequence was integrated into the rank system of the rank of official. As a result, the formation of the official, the integrated system of viscount. However, the country can only according to the rank sequence of the title itself, therefore, the rank of the solid monarch shows obvious duality.
