【摘要】：本文从民生的角度分析李世民的治国方略,认为民生是李世民治国方略的重要视角,"水能载舟,亦能覆舟","凡事皆须务本,国以人为本,人以衣食为本,凡营衣食,以不失时为本"等治国方略,无不渗透着浓厚的民生精神和民生理念。
