【摘要】：我国城市土地利用税征收由来已久。由先秦至唐五代,城市土地利用税实现了由对国有土地征税到向私人土地征税的转变。在前代的基础上,宋代城市土地利用税进一步发展,主要表现为城市土地利用税征收形式多样,征收标准不一,城市土地税从两税地税中分离出来,成为了城市税收的重要组成部分。
[Abstract]:The collection of urban land use tax has a long history in China. From the pre-Qin Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty, the urban land use tax changed from the taxation of state-owned land to the taxation of private land. On the basis of the previous dynasties, the city land use tax in Song Dynasty developed further, mainly manifested in the variety of forms and standards of the collection of urban land use tax, and the separation of urban land tax from the two-tax local tax. It has become an important part of urban taxation.
