辽宋交聘制度研究

【摘要】：辽宋交聘制度，是辽宋两朝在平息战争、解除对抗后实行的为确保“敌国之礼”、“兄弟之情”、“南北对等”之社会秩序长久维系的一种对等制度。这一制度取用古代诸侯对等交往、友好聘问的形式来解决民族争端与纠纷，无疑是一种明智的选择，或者说是一种无奈的选择。辽宋两朝自弃战求和后，主要是以交聘的形式来协调解决双方关系，进而确立了交聘制度，构成了辽宋关系的主要内容。而协助或代表朝廷实施交聘之礼的接伴使、馆伴使、送伴使和国信使，则是交聘制度的主要参与者和具体实践者，且有职业化特征，他们在这一礼仪制度中占据着核心地位，起到了关键性作用，为辽宋两朝交聘制度的确立及维系做出了重要贡献。宋朝国信使出使辽朝，则必与辽朝接伴使、馆伴使、送伴使进行实质性接触和交涉；辽朝国信使出使宋朝，则必与宋朝接伴使、馆伴使、送伴使进行实质性接触和交涉，他们代表两朝朝廷，，忠实地履行着两朝的交聘政策、尽心地维系着两朝的友好交聘关系。可以说，交聘关系及其制度能否确立和维系，关系到辽宋两朝的社会和平与发展及政权是否永固的问题。所以，对辽宋两朝接伴使、馆伴使、国信使等制度进行深入考察和系统研究，必将有助于我们进一步正确认识辽宋关系，抑或许可以对我们今天正确处理民族关系有所借鉴和补益。这也是我们选定《辽宋交聘制度研究》这一论题的主因。
[Abstract]:After the Liao and Song dynasties quell the war and lift the confrontation, the Liao and Song dynasties' system of exchange and engagement was adopted in order to ensure the social order of "the courtesy of the enemy", "the feeling of brothers" and "the reciprocity of the north and the south" for a long time. It is undoubtedly a wise or helpless choice for this system to take the form of reciprocal exchanges of ancient princes and friendly engagement to solve ethnic disputes and disputes. After the Liao and Song dynasties abandoned the war to seek peace, it mainly solved the relationship between the two sides by the form of the exchange and engagement, and then established the system of the exchange and employment, which constituted the main content of the relationship between the two dynasties. However, those who assist or represent the court in carrying out the courtesies, such as the emissary, the embassy, the ambassador and the ambassador, are the main participants and practitioners of the system, and have the characteristics of professionalization. They occupy a central position in this system of etiquette and propriety. It played a key role and made important contributions to the establishment and maintenance of the system of exchange and employment between Liao and Song dynasties. In the Liao Dynasty, the Song Dynasty Guoxin emissary must have substantive contact and negotiation with the Liao Dynasty, and the Liao Dynasty Guoxin emissary, and the Song Dynasty, it must carry out substantive contact and negotiation with the Song Dynasty, with the emissary, with the embassy, and with the courier, who would carry out substantive contact and negotiation. They represent the two dynasties, faithfully carry out the policy of the two Koreas, and maintain the friendly relations between the two Koreas. It can be said that the establishment and maintenance of the relationship and its system are related to the social peace and development of the Liao and Song dynasties and whether the regime is permanent or not. Therefore, it will be helpful for us to understand the relationship between the Liao and Song dynasties further and correctly through the in-depth investigation and systematic study of the systems of the Liao and Song dynasties, the diplomatic partners of the two dynasties, the emissary of the Guoxin and so on. Inhibition may be useful for us to deal with ethnic relations correctly today. This is also the main reason for our choice of Liao-Song Dynasty.
