宋代流民问题研究

【摘要】： 流民是影响社会安定的重要因素之一，同时，流民史的研究也是中国古代经济史研究的重要内容。本文从宋代流民的产生，宋政府的流民政策及流民对宋代社会的影响诸方面进行了研究和探讨。全文共分为五个部分： 第一部分为绪论。主要是从流民的概念界定入手，，回顾了近年来史学界对这一问题的研究成果及本文的选题意义和研究方法。 第二至第四部分为论文的主体。指出了宋代流民产生的各种因素和社会条件。在流民政策方面，重点叙述了宋统治者采取的从对流民的预防、赈恤到长期安置的系列政策。关于流民的历史效应问题，本文从流民对南方地区开发和区域性生产力解放的角度出发，对其积极意义给予了充分的肯定；同时也指出了流民在宋代社会变迁过程中的重要作用。 第五部分为余论。主要是把流民问题置于中国古代社会发展的整体过程进行考察，分析了中国古代流民产生的社会根源及与古代工商业等诸因素的关系。
[Abstract]:Displaced people are one of the important factors influencing social stability, and the study of displaced people's history is also an important content in the study of ancient Chinese economic history. This paper studies and discusses the emergence of the displaced people in the Song Dynasty, the policy of the Song government and the influence of the displaced people on the society of the Song Dynasty. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. Starting with the definition of the concept of displaced people, this paper reviews the research results on this issue in the field of history in recent years and the significance and research methods of this paper. The second to fourth part is the main body of the thesis. It points out the various factors and social conditions of the displaced people in the Song Dynasty. In the aspect of the policy of displaced people, it focuses on the series of policies adopted by the rulers of Song Dynasty, from prevention of displaced people, relief to long-term resettlement. With regard to the historical effect of the displaced, this paper gives a full affirmation of the positive significance of the displaced from the perspective of the development of the southern region and the liberation of the regional productive forces. At the same time, it also points out the important role of displaced people in the process of social change in the Song Dynasty. The fifth part is the conclusion. This paper mainly studies the problem of displaced people in the whole process of the development of ancient Chinese society, and analyzes the social origin of the ancient Chinese displaced people and the relationship between them and the ancient industrial and commercial factors.
