探寻隋朝乡里制度的渊源

【摘要】：隋文帝即位不久就制定了乡里制度,关于乡里制度的渊源众说纷纭,从宏观上看就是探寻隋令的渊源,因为隋朝乡里制度制定的依据是隋令。微观上看就要对乡里制度的各种规定加以细致分析,全面了解乡里制度,以挖掘其渊源,并且用动态理论去探寻政策的发展是和时局的变化息息相关的。
