论葛洪金丹思想对传统饮食文化的影响

【摘要】:晋代著名道教学者葛洪强调养生的主观能动性,即"我命在我不在天"。其金丹思想促进了食源的开拓、深化了对药食同源的认识、促进了古代医药学的发展、促进了饮食器具制造技术的发展,并提升了烹饪用火的精度,极大的促进了饮食养生思想的发展,这无疑对后世的饮食文化产生了深远的影响。
[Abstract]:GE Hong, a famous Taoist scholar in Jin Dynasty, emphasized the subjective initiative of health preservation, that is, "my life is in my absence from heaven". His thought of Jin Dan promoted the development of food source, deepened the understanding of the origin of medicine and food, promoted the development of ancient medicine and pharmacy, promoted the development of cooking utensils manufacturing technology, and improved the precision of cooking fire. Greatly promoted the development of diet health, which undoubtedly has a profound impact on future generations of food culture.
