【摘要】： 北宋,尤其是仁宗朝的政治相对民主,士大夫对于国家大事的干预,空前地有力,皇权的运用,又恰合共治之需要,这种背景下,也使一般士大夫增加了责任感,感到国运与己息息相关,更以天下事为己任。韩琦是北宋一代名臣,在中间所起的作用自然不可小看。 韩琦作为士大夫中地位最高的宰相,可说是士大夫的最高政治代表,他经历了北宋仁宗、英宗和神宗三朝,参加了宋夏战争、庆历新政、两朝立嗣和熙宁变法等重大事件,涉及面广,在政治上具有相当大的影响力和号召力。被后人称为“宋朝第一相”。鉴于韩琦的重要性,因此本文把他作为一个个案来考察。 本文以当前韩琦研究的现状为基础,拟就韩琦一生的六个重要部分展开讨论,探讨当时的宋代士大夫对宋朝政治的影响,并加以具体分析与综合分析。这六个方面是:一、初入仕途的韩琦。韩琦担任右司谏的经历,在目前学术界来说还是空白,本文对这段情况进行分析,不仅可以了解他的品质,也使他成长为良将的人生轨迹得以一定程度地展现。二、韩琦与西夏战争。这里涉及到韩琦对横山的谋取、韩琦与好水川之战等问题,通过对这些问题的探讨,试图理清韩琦在对夏战争中所起到的贡献和地位。另外,针对韩琦要为好水川之败负责的说法,进行辨析,更全面地指出当时宋军失利的原因。三、韩琦与庆历新政。韩琦虽然不是亲历新政的领军人物,但是在新法失败之际,不顾自身安危,为同僚奔走,这种精神是值得我们钦佩的。四、任地方官的韩琦。这节主要说明韩琦在地方时的建树,并说明他并未从改革派变为保守派,为第六部分作铺垫。五、宰辅韩琦。这期间,他最大的功绩就是辅佐英宗、神宗登基,又调和两宫矛盾,保证了社会的稳定。这也是他政治生涯的高潮部分。六、熙宁变法中的韩琦。对他反对新法的内容逐条进行阐述,和第四节呼应,并和庆历新政作对比,再次反驳他是保守派的观点,分析他前后态度转变的原因,也可以使我们更深刻地了解当时的政治状况及统治集团内部的复杂情况。
[Abstract]:In the Northern Song Dynasty, especially in the Renzong Dynasty, the relative democracy of politics, the interference of literati and officials in state affairs, the unprecedented strength of the use of imperial power, and the need for co-administration, in this context, also increased the sense of responsibility of the general literati and officials. Feel that national luck and their own closely linked, but also take the world as their own responsibility. Han Qi is a famous official of the Northern Song Dynasty. Han Qi, as the supreme prime minister among literati officials, can be said to be the highest political representative of the literati. He experienced the three major events of the Northern Song Dynasty, Renzong, Yingzong and Shenzong, and participated in the Song and Xia wars, the New deal of the Qing calendar, the two dynasties' heirs and the Xining reform. It involves a wide range and has considerable influence and appeal in politics. It was called "the first phase of the Song Dynasty" by later generations. In view of the importance of Han Qi, this article regards him as a case study. Based on the current situation of Han Qi's research, this paper discusses the six important parts of Han Qi's life, discusses the influence of the scholars and officials of the Song Dynasty on the politics of the Song Dynasty, and makes a concrete and comprehensive analysis. These six aspects are: first, the first official career of Han Qi. Han Qi's experience as the right admonition is still blank in the academic circles at present. This article analyzes the situation, not only can understand his quality, but also make him grow into a good man's life track can be displayed to a certain extent. Second, Han Qi and the Western Xia War. This paper deals with Han Qi's pursuit of Hengshan, the battle between Han Qi and Haoshui River, and tries to clarify the contribution and status of Han Qi in the summer war through the discussion of these problems. In addition, according to the argument that Han Qi is responsible for the defeat of Haoshui River, the reason for Song Army's defeat was pointed out more comprehensively. Third, Han Qi and Qingli New deal. Han Qi is not the leader of the New deal, but in the new law failure, regardless of their own safety, running for their colleagues, this spirit is worthy of our admiration. Fourth, Han Qi as a local official. This section describes Han Qi's achievements in the local period, and that he did not change from reformist to conservative to pave the way for the sixth part. Fifth, Zizuke Han Qi. During this period, his greatest merit was to assist the king, the emperor ascended the throne, and reconciled the contradictions between the two houses, ensuring social stability. It was also the culmination of his political career. Sixth, Han Qi in Xining Reform. He expounded the contents of his opposition to the new law article by article, echoed the fourth section, and contrasted with the Qingli New deal, rebutted his view that he was a conservative, and analyzed the reasons for the change in his attitude before and after. It can also give us a deeper understanding of the political situation and the complexities within the ruling bloc.
