从移风易俗看冯玉祥集团入主西北的思想意义——兼论近代开发西北“三次高潮说”的局限性

【摘要】：冯玉祥集团入主陕甘宁青后,着力移风易俗,改良社会风气,力图使新思潮、新气象鼓荡洗涤西北地区。诸如废除官场旧制,建立新规;严肃军纪,改善民众对军队的恶感;积极倡导妇女放足,健全妇女人格;注重培养民族情感,建立平等友善的回汉关系等。这些事功成效甚彰,影响深远,是近代西北开发史上的一次重要思想解放运动,促使西北逐渐跨出封闭的世界。但是在革命史范式指导下的近代开发西北的"三次高潮说",对冯系集团的建树未予充分肯定,其说颇有值得商榷之处。
[Abstract]:After entering Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, Feng Yuxiang Group made great efforts to change the customs, improve the social atmosphere, and try hard to wash the northwest region with new trends of thought and new weather. Such as abolishing the old official system and establishing new regulations; strict military discipline to improve the people's sense of evil towards the army; actively advocate women to put foot, improve women's personality; pay attention to the cultivation of national feelings, and establish equal and friendly relations between the Han and the Chinese. It is an important ideological liberation movement in the history of the development of Northwest China in modern times, which urges the Northwest to step out of the closed world gradually. However, under the guidance of the revolutionary history paradigm, the theory of "three climaxes" in the development of northwest China in modern times did not fully affirm the achievements of Feng system Group, and its theory is open to question.
