试论薛福成使西日记中的议会

【摘要】：薛福成较为细致考察了英法等国的议会制度,并能认识到这种制度的优长和流弊。但是,在此过程中,他不免受到其固有的思维方式和认知方式的干扰。这种干扰主要体现在强烈的"用夏变夷"和"西学中源"的观念。
[Abstract]:Xue Fucheng examined the parliamentary system of Britain and France in detail, and realized the advantages and disadvantages of this system.
