【摘要】：京杭大运河作为我国南北的交通大动脉,历史上曾起过巨大作用,其沿线是中国最富庶的农业区之一,被誉为民俗陈列室、古代文化长廊等。近几年,随着京杭大运河申遗成功,关于大运河的研究也逐渐成为热点。然而,很多学者都是从文化、政治等方面进行探讨,对于大运河民俗却很少有人进行研究。1793年英国使团在中国境内往返途中都取道京杭大运河,他们笔下记录了京杭大运河的民俗风情与地方文化,当时的大运河民俗以及运河沿岸的城市民俗都被记录下来,富有史料和学术价值,可以丰富、补充我国现有文献当中的京杭大运河民俗事象;其中所体现的民俗资料都是由外国人记载的,其中可能会有一些误解、错漏乃至偏见,对此进行研究,可以还原其时真实的民俗面貌,推进关于大运河的民俗研究;可以揭示中西民俗文化之间的冲突、传播,开启民俗研究的一个新角度。因此,本文对英使记录的民俗资料进行整理、分析,在第一章对英使记录的民俗资料进行全面梳理,第二章从交通运输和劳动民俗方面进行研究,第三章分析城市民俗,包括建筑居住、饮食服饰、城市商业、婚姻丧葬等方面,第四章对抽烟、饮茶、信仰等社会民俗进行挖掘,同时参考同时期的其他著作记载及民俗学资料,进行民俗学的专项研究。
[Abstract]:As the traffic artery between north and south of China, the Grand Canal has played a great role in history, along which is one of the richest agricultural areas in China. It is known as the folk showroom, the ancient culture corridor and so on. In recent years, with the success of the Grand Canal, the research on the Grand Canal has gradually become a hot spot. However, many scholars discussed the Grand Canal from the aspects of culture and politics, but very few people studied the folk customs of the Grand Canal. In 1793, the British Mission passed through the Grand Canal through the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal on the way to and from China. They wrote about the folk customs and local culture of the Grand Canal. Both the folk customs of the Grand Canal and the city folk customs along the canal were recorded. They were rich in historical data and academic value and could be enriched. The folklore of the Grand Canal in Beijing and Hangzhou is supplemented by the existing literature in our country; the folklore materials embodied therein are recorded by foreigners, and there may be some misunderstandings, omissions and even prejudices, which may be studied. It can restore the true folklore of the time, promote the study on the Grand Canal, reveal the conflict between Chinese and Western folklore cultures, spread, and open a new angle of folklore study. Therefore, this paper collates and analyzes the folklore data recorded by British envoys. In the first chapter, the folklore records of British ambassadors are comprehensively combed. The second chapter studies the folklore of transportation and labor, and the third chapter analyzes the urban folklore. This includes building and living, food and clothing, city commerce, marriage and funeral. Chapter IV excavates social folklore such as smoking, tea drinking, belief, and so on. At the same time, it refers to other works and folklore materials of the same period. Carry out a special study of folklore.
