近代淮北地主的势力与影响——以徐淮海圩寨为中心的考察

【摘要】：近代淮北是以分散的小农为主要成员的传统社会,不少地区土地高度集中,贫富极端分化。一般由大地主充当的圩寨寨主,多集经济、军事、司法、行政和宗教权力于一身,成为一个区域的实际统治者,对佃农操生杀予夺之权。佃农则承担了初夜权、服役、征战,直至献身等种种农奴式的义务。当时体制的受益者越来越成为社会强势群体,并大量成为代表其利益的政权的挑战者,使社会处于不停的动荡之中。
[Abstract]:Modern Huaibei is a traditional society with scattered small farmers as its main members. Many areas are highly concentrated, and the rich and the poor are extremely divided. The village owners, who are usually played by big landlords, have economic, military, judicial, administrative and religious powers in one, and become the actual rulers of a region. Sharecroppers assumed the serfdom of the first night, of service, of war, and of devotion. At that time, the beneficiaries of the system became more and more powerful social groups and, in large numbers, challengers to regimes representing their interests, which kept the society in constant turmoil.
