济南、潍县、周村三地主动开埠与山东区域社会变迁

【摘要】： 清末民初,中国的自开商埠陆续出现并呈扩大之势。自开商埠是由统治者主动开放并自行管理的通商城市。山东省内的济南、潍县与周村就是由地方督抚奏请并获清政府批准的自开商埠。全文以自开区域社会变迁为主线,以开埠为视角,按照“民族危机刺激——自主开放商埠——推动区域社会变迁”的发展思路展开论述。第一章主要分析了三地开埠的背景、原因及开放途径等基本问题,在此基础上,第二、三、四章分别以经济、城市实体与思想意识三方面重点探讨三地开埠所带来的山东区域社会变迁。 理性抗外是开埠与区域变迁的指导思想,正是由于抗外的理性,使得开埠通商成绩斐然。三地同时开埠并具有相同的区域、交通优势,但所取成绩差异显著。内部因素是主要原因,这些因素主要有:三地经济发展程度、政治环境因素、当政者主观努力和地域文化积淀等。在对外开放的有利背景下,深挖内部优势,开发自身潜力,以加速崛起,这也正是本文在总结开埠得失中得到的重要启示。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, China's self-opening commercial ports appeared one after another and showed the trend of expansion. Self-opening commercial port is a commercial city that is opened and managed by the ruler. Jinan, Weixian and Zhoucun in Shandong Province are the commercial ports which were invited by the local governor and approved by the Qing government. This paper takes the self-opening of regional social change as the main line, takes the opening of port as the angle of view, according to the development thought of "national crisis stimulation-independent open commercial port-promoting regional social change". The first chapter mainly analyzes the background, reasons and opening channels of the three ports. On this basis, the second, third, and fourth chapters are based on the economy. The three aspects of urban entity and ideology focus on the regional social changes in Shandong brought about by the opening of the three ports. Rational resistance to external is the guiding ideology of port opening and regional change. The three places open ports at the same time and have the same area, traffic advantage, but the achievement difference is significant. Internal factors are the main reasons. These factors include the degree of economic development, the political environment, the subjective efforts of the people in power and the accumulation of regional culture. Under the favorable background of opening to the outside world, we should dig deeply into the internal advantages and exploit our own potential in order to accelerate the rise, which is the important enlightenment of this paper in summing up the gains and losses of opening ports.
