贵州六百年地震灾害与社会救治研究

【摘要】：贵州素有“山国”之称,地质结构复杂多样,各类自然灾害较多。就元至民国这六百年间,贵州地震灾害言,对当地的自然与社会产生了重要影响,留下了诸多文献资料。内容涉及地震产生前后的现象,政府及当地各族居民采取的积极措施等。故系统梳理此类资料,总结其间的规律,对当下贵州省抗震救灾、经济建设和城市规划大有裨益。为说明这一问题,本文共分五章加以探讨之:第一章绪论,系统阐述了本论文的选题缘由、贵州地震历史文献和贵州地震研究概况等,指出了本研究的意义,前期成果不足,以及论文要研究的重点。第二章贵州断裂带及地震区概况,在分析研究前人有关贵州地质结构的基础上,阐述贵州四大断裂带,及其在此前提下划分的五个震区概况,揭示了黔省“小地震、大灾害”的原因。第三章贵州地震概况及影响,贵州地质结构的差异大,黔省地震按其产生原因、震后地貌呈现的“相”,大致可分为构造性地震、塌陷性(陷落性)地震等,地震频率西北强东南弱、破坏性西强东弱,此外,还具有周期性、条带性、多复合灾害等特点。这样的地震特点,对贵州社会、经济、建设都产生了不利影响。第四章贵州地震灾害预防与灾后重建,今天贵州省境内,早有地震发生,并产生了一整套地震灾害预防诸措施。就元至民国言,各历史文献,以及今天的田野调查资料显示,贵州地区各族居民已经拥有一整套地震预测知识,涉及灾害重建诸多内容,发掘这些内容,对今天我省地震预防与救治有着积极意义。第五章余论,回顾了本论文的研究内容及解决的相关问题,并指出丰富区域性灾害史的研究内容,对于当前我国经济发展、生态建设等方面有着积极意义。
[Abstract]:Guizhou is known as "mountain country", the geological structure is complex and diverse, various kinds of natural disasters. During the six hundred years from Yuan to the Republic of China, the earthquake disaster in Guizhou had an important impact on the local nature and society, leaving a lot of documents and materials. The contents involve the phenomena before and after the earthquake and the positive measures taken by the government and local residents. So it is beneficial to earthquake relief, economic construction and urban planning of Guizhou province. In order to explain this problem, this paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction, which systematically expounds the reason of this paper, the historical documents of Guizhou earthquake and the general situation of earthquake research in Guizhou, and points out the significance of this study and the lack of previous achievements. And the focus of the paper to be studied. In the second chapter, the general situation of Guizhou fault zone and seismic area, on the basis of analyzing and studying the geological structure of Guizhou, the four major fault zones in Guizhou and the general situation of the five earthquake regions are expounded, which reveals the "small earthquake" in Guizhou province. The causes of "great disasters" The third chapter is the general situation and influence of Guizhou earthquake, the difference of Guizhou geological structure is great, the earthquake in Guizhou province can be roughly divided into tectonic earthquake, collapsible (subsidence) earthquake and so on according to the reason of its occurrence and the "phase" of geomorphology after the earthquake. The earthquake frequency is weak in the northwest, strong in the southeast, weak in the destructive west, strong in the east and weak in the east. In addition, it also has the characteristics of periodicity, banding and multiple complex disasters. This kind of earthquake characteristic, to Guizhou society, the economy, the construction all produced the unfavorable influence. Chapter IV earthquake disaster prevention and post-disaster reconstruction in Guizhou Province, today, an earthquake occurred early in Guizhou Province, and produced a set of earthquake disaster prevention measures. As far as Yuan and the Republic of China are concerned, various historical documents, as well as field survey data today, show that the residents of all ethnic groups in Guizhou already have a whole set of knowledge of earthquake prediction, involving many aspects of disaster reconstruction, and excavating these contents. It has positive significance for earthquake prevention and treatment in our province today. In the fifth chapter, the author reviews the research contents and the related problems, and points out that enriching the research content of regional disaster history is of positive significance to the economic development and ecological construction of our country at present.
