田齐军制初探

【摘要】：战国时期是我国历史上的大发展大变革时期，为巩固和扩大自己的统治，，各诸侯国革新军制，强化战具，整军备战，他们之间的斗争日益激烈、频繁。齐国以军功立国，因其丰富的军事理论著作著称于世，战国初年，田氏代齐，田齐的军事制度与姜齐一脉相承，并在战国这样的时代背景下不断地变革与完善，产生了自身的特色，这一切使田齐军制在战国军制史上占有非常重要的地位。但是学术界对田齐军制的研究仍有不足：多是对战国时期军事制度的整体概述，少有对田齐军制的单独论述；多是对田齐军制的某一方面或某几方面进行阐述，少有对田齐军制的综合概况。本文旨在从军制变革的背景、军制的内容、田齐军制的特色和影响等几个方面入手，试对战国时期田齐的军事制度做一个系统、全面的梳理与总结。田齐军制变革的原因是多方面的：日趋频繁激烈的战争是促使田齐军制变革的直接原因；集权政治的发展、威王时期的改革是田齐军制变革的政治前提；农业手工业的进步为田齐军制的发展提供了物质基础；齐地兵学的蓬勃发展则为其提供了理论基础。田齐军制的内容主要分为军事领导体制、军队管理体制、军赋和后勤保障制度三个方面。这些制度一方面反映了战国时期军事制度的整体特征，另一方面也体现出了田齐独有的特色。田齐军制与姜齐军制相比具有三个不同点：第一，军事领导权高度集中于国君，保证了国君对国家军政大权的掌控；第二，步兵取代车兵成为战争的主要作战兵种；第三，打破国野界限，实行普遍征兵制。与同时期其他国家比较，田齐具有“隆技击”与“五都之兵”这两个独特之处。军制与田齐盛衰也有着极大的关系，成熟完备的军事制度是促进田齐各方面发展进步的重要因素，而部分不合理的制度又是导致田齐军事力量衰落甚至是导致田齐灭亡的祸根。
[Abstract]:The Warring States Period is the great change period in the history of our country . In order to consolidate and expand our rule , each of the other countries has reformed the military system , strengthens the fighting tools and the whole army , and the struggle between them is increasingly fierce and frequent . Qi and Qi are famous for their rich military theories . Qi and Qi are constantly changing and perfecting in the background of the times of the Warring States , and have produced their own characteristics . All of this has led to the very important position of Tian Qi ' s military system in the military history of the Warring States . However , there are still insufficient research on the military system of Tian Qi in the academic circle : a general overview of the military system in the Warring States Period and a separate discussion on the military system of Tian Qi ; The reasons for the change of Tian Qi ' s military system are manifold : the increasingly frequent and violent war is the direct cause of the change of Tian Qi ' s military system ; the development of the power politics is the political prerequisite for the change of Tian Qi ' s military system ; the progress of the agricultural handicraft industry provides the theoretical basis for the development of Tian Qi ' s military system . The content of the military system in the field is mainly divided into three aspects : military leadership system , army management system , army and logistics support system . Compared with other countries in the same period , Tian Qi has a great relationship with the other countries in the same period , and the mature and complete military system is an important factor to promote the development and progress of all aspects of the field .
