【摘要】：福建作为产茶大省,有着悠久的产茶历史。早在唐代,陆羽在《茶经》一书中就对福建茶叶进行了相关的记述。南唐时,福建建瓯就有“北苑御茶园",专造“龙凤团茶”,供皇室使用。明代,福建所产茶叶,已占全国总产量一半以上。迨至清代,福建仍是我国茶叶主要产区,茶叶产地除闽北外,闽东和闽南也有大面积种植,茶叶发展方兴未艾。本文利用大量现存历史文献资料,并在前人已有的研究成果上,对清代福建茶叶生产与分布作探讨,首先对茶叶生产的自然环境(气候、地形、土壤、山川)和人文环境(交通、市镇、人口、政策)进行考察,随后,从茶叶的种植概况、种植方式、生产形态等方面,重点分析、考察清代前、中期福建茶叶的种植生产与经营。得出以下认识：清代福建自给自足的自然经济结构有所突破,农民开始向粮食生产以外的领域进军,尤其是茶叶种植,有种植茶叶的兼营户,还有专业户,茶叶生产技术也得到一定程度的提高。当时,福建茶叶不但国内有市场,而且海外市场也很广阔。福建不少地方开辟出新茶园,设茶厂,经营茶叶手工作坊。茶叶产地主要分布在闽东、闽南、闽北、闽西四个地区,其中,尤以闽北、闽东和闽南最为突出。清代福建茶叶的广泛种植与销售对当地的经济、环境、社会等产生了深远的影响。
[Abstract]:As the production of tea in Fujian Province, has a long history of tea production. In the early Tang Dynasty, Lu Yu in the "tea" a book on Fujian tea were related to account.
