七星渠历史与现状探究

【摘要】：七星渠位于黄河沙坡头水利枢纽下游,自中卫市沙坡头区申滩村黄河右岸取水,绕香山北麓,由西向东至中宁县新堡,改由西南向东北止于牛首山西南,全长120.6千米,是宁夏卫宁平原创修历史最久、整治规模最大、发挥综合效益最好的引黄自流干渠,是与银川平原上的秦渠、汉延渠、唐徕渠齐名天下的古干渠。正是这些古老的引黄自流干渠灌溉作用的发挥,很早就共同造就了著名的"塞北江南"宁夏平原。七星渠东西横穿于宁夏卫宁平原和中部干旱带交界的重要节点上,这种特殊的地理位置又使其经过延伸、整治和提灌后,发展成为宁夏中部干旱带上固海、红寺堡、固海扩灌三大扬水灌区的命脉,使宁夏自流与扬水灌区绿连一体,相映生辉,为再造一个"塞北江南"发挥着不可替代的作用。由于历史资料的断档缺漏和众人的推测评说,人们对七星渠缺乏一个完整的认识,尤其七星渠在开发宁夏中部干旱带中所发挥的特殊作用,还没有作出前瞻性、战略性、科学性的结论。本文试图从创修与得名、疏浚与延修、自流与扬水等多方面着墨,使人们对七星渠有个比较全新的认识。
[Abstract]:The Qixing Canal is located at the lower reaches of the Shapotou Water Conservancy Project of the Yellow River. It takes water from the right bank of the Yellow River in Shantan Village, Shapotou District, Zhongwei City, and the northern foot of the Shaoxiang Mountain, from west to east to Xinbao in Zhongning County, and from southwest to northeast to the southwest of Niushoushan, with a total length of 120.6 km. It is the longest history of original repair of Ningxia Weining Ping, the largest renovation scale, and the best comprehensive benefit of the Yellow River diversion self-flow trunk canal, and the Qin Canal and Han Yan Canal on Yinchuan Plain. The ancient trunk canals of the Tang Dynasty. It was these ancient trunk canals that brought the Yellow River into full play. The famous "Jiangnan" Ningxia Plain was created together early on. The seven-star canal ran east and west across an important node at the junction of the Weining Plain in Ningxia and the arid zone in the central part of the region. This special geographical position made it extend, renovate, and irrigate. It has developed into the lifeblood of three major irrigation areas, namely, Guhai, Hongsibao, and Guhai, in the arid zone of central Ningxia, so that the self-flow in Ningxia is integrated with the green link in the irrigated area of raising water, which reflects the brightness of each other. In order to recreate a "south of the northern Yangtze River", it is playing an irreplaceable role. Due to the missing historical documents and the comments made by many people, people lack a complete understanding of the channel. In particular, the special role played by the Qixing Canal in the development of the arid zone in central Ningxia has not been concluded in a forward-looking, strategic and scientific way. This paper attempts to draw some conclusions from the aspects of creating and naming, dredging and lengthening, self-flow and raising water, etc. So that people have a relatively new understanding of the Seven Star Canal.
