【摘要】:包拯,字希仁,庐州合肥人。历任天章阁待制、龙图阁直学士、御史中丞、枢密副使等职。他为官刚正不阿,从谏如流,清正廉洁,严格执法,为民谋福祉。他不仅具有以民为本,弘扬圣贤先哲等思想倾向,而且还是深受民间大众推崇的官员典范。他“少有孝行,闻于乡里”。其辞官、解官十年不仕孝行事迹突出,是统治阶级弘扬孝治文化的标本,死后被朝廷追谥为孝肃。留下来的著作有《孝肃包公奏议》。包拯在后世被广为称颂,也是我国历史上很受民众尊崇的清官典范。从宋代以来对于包拯的研究一直在进行着,研究的范围涉及到其生平事迹、内在品格和传颂传播等很多方面。近三十年来,对包拯的研究更趋向于深层次、多方面、多角度研究的概况。值得关注的是港澳台地区,港澳学者对于包拯生平事迹的研究也倾注了心血。但是目前学术界对包拯的孝道研究尚且不足,还有待进一步深化。 本文在参考有关包拯生平及著作的基础上,试图从包拯孝行实践的社会条件、包拯的孝行实践、包拯力行孝道的思想根源、总结包拯孝道的历史价值和局限,进而为现代孝文化服务。文章主要包含以下几个部分: 一、主要论述目前学术界关于包拯孝行研究概况及本文的研究视角。 二、包拯孝行实践的社会条件,简要论述宋代以前的孝道,重点阐明宋代的“孝治”路线。此部分力图展现包拯孝行实践大的时代背景。 三、探讨包拯的孝行实践,此部分在搜集相关资料的基础上,着重论述包拯十年不仕,力行孝道的具体情况以及其孝行背后的社会透视。 四、主要从包拯一生的事迹着手,分析其一生所作所为的思想基础,能够逐一与《孝经》中的条文相对应。总结包拯孝道中的具体问题,分析包拯孝道的精华与糟粕。

Hong Kong and Macao scholars have also devoted their efforts to the study of Bao Zheng's life story, but the current academic research on the filial piety of Bao Zheng is still insufficient and needs to be further deepened. Based on the reference to Bao Zheng's life and works, this paper attempts to summarize the historical value and limitation of Bao Zheng's filial piety from the social conditions of the practice of filial piety, the practice of filial piety, the ideological roots of the practice of filial piety, the ideological origin of the practice of filial piety, and the historical value and limitation of the filial piety. Then serve the modern filial piety culture. The article mainly includes the following parts:. First, mainly discusses the academic circles about Bao Zheng filial piety research survey and this article research angle of view. Second, the social conditions of Bao Zheng's filial piety practice, briefly discussing the filial piety before the Song Dynasty, and expounding emphatically the "filial piety" line of the Song Dynasty. This part tries to show the background of the great practice of the filial piety of Bao Zheng. Thirdly, it discusses Bao Zheng's practice of filial piety. On the basis of collecting relevant data, this part focuses on the concrete situation of Bao Zheng's practice of filial piety and the social perspective behind his filial piety. Four, mainly from Bao Zheng's life's deeds, analyzes his life's behavior thought foundation, can correspond one by one with the article in "filial piety", sums up the concrete question in the filial piety of Bao Zheng, analyzes Bao Zheng's essence and dross of filial piety.
