北魏冯太后治国理政之道探析

【摘要】：正人才是第一战略资源,任何时候都不能忽视人才的作用。北魏时期,冯太后在治国理政以及选人用人方面的作为或许会给我们某些有益的启示。冯太后(442—490),长乐信都(今河北冀州)人,出身于北燕皇族,是北魏文成帝的皇后。她年幼时曾历经坎坷,"(其父)朗坐事诛,后遂入宫",幸而"世祖(北魏太武帝)左昭仪,后之姑也,雅有母德,抚养教训","年十四,高宗践极,以选为贵人,后立为皇后"。
[Abstract]:Talent is the first strategic resource, and the role of talent can not be ignored at any time. In the Northern Wei Dynasty, Queen Mother Feng's actions in governing the country and selecting and appointing people may give us some useful enlightenment. Queen Mother Feng 442-490, Changle Xindu (now Hebei Jizhou) people, born in the North Yan royal family, is the emperor of the Northern Wei Dynasty.
