清代州县书吏薪金变化及其原因

【摘要】：清初州县书吏的工食银经过顺治、康熙两朝最终被全裁,但各州县在实际执行过程中,并非如制度规定那样整齐划一,一些州县因实际状况的不同而有所变通。至于州县书吏工食银被裁且不再恢复,多与清廷的财政状况、书吏出身、晋升途径及其他经济来源有关,同时也可能受制度缺陷和吏治腐败等因素的影响。
[Abstract]:In the early Qing Dynasty, the workers and food clerks of the officials of the state and county were treated smoothly, and the Kangxi two dynasties were finally completely cut. However, in the process of actual implementation, the states and counties were not uniform as stipulated by the system, and some states and counties had some modifications because of the different actual conditions. As for the state and county clerks were cut and no longer recovered, mostly related to the financial situation of the Qing government, the origin of clerks, the way of promotion and other economic sources, and may also be affected by institutional defects and corruption of officials.
