基于灾异背景下的汉代地震及其政治功能论析

【摘要】：在天人感应思想的影响下,地震作为最严重的灾异之一,是阴阳失衡的直接结果。预示着强臣专权、后宫干政、皇帝失德等重大政治灾难的发生。在地震之后,两汉帝王都及时推出一系列的"修德"、"修政"等措施,包括下罪己诏、举贤求言、关注民生等。同时,地震也是各派政治势力相互博弈、尤其是官僚士大夫阶层用来抨击外戚、宦官专权的重要理论工具。
[Abstract]:The earthquake, one of the most serious disasters, is the direct result of the imbalance between yin and yang. It foreshadowed the occurrence of major political disasters, such as the dictatorship of strong ministers, the intervention of the imperial court and the loss of morality of the emperor. After the earthquake, the emperors of the Han Dynasty promptly introduced a series of measures, such as "repairing morality" and "restoring government", including issuing a decree of sin, asking for good deeds, and paying attention to people's livelihood. At the same time, the earthquake is also an important theoretical tool used by various political forces, especially bureaucrats and bureaucrats, to attack foreign relatives and eunuchs.
