续妖书案之沈令誉、毛尚文狱与万历党争

【摘要】：续妖书案发生后,时在京行医的沈令誉及书办毛尚文因形迹可疑,被逮下狱,在狱中备受拷讯。由于二人与原礼部侍郎郭正域关系密切,遂被首辅沈一贯等利用,作为牵连打击次辅沈鲤及郭正域的突破口。在审讯过程中沈一贯等不仅极力想将祸水引向沈、郭二人,还一度想将妖书造作者的罪名强加给山人身份的沈令誉。而从沈令誉家中搜出的于玉立等人书信,又牵连出于玉立起官一事。沈一贯之所以如此借机罗织,其意在藉此打击政敌。由沈一贯主导掀起的政治争端,不仅对万历政局造成很坏的影响,而且对晚明政局有着不可低估的消极影响。
[Abstract]:Shen Linyu, who was practicing medicine in Beijing, and Mao Shangwen, who was practicing medicine in Beijing, were arrested and imprisoned in prison for acting suspiciously. Because of the close relationship between the two men and the former minister of etiquette Lang Guo Zhengyu, they were used by Shen Yiyi and other officials as the breakthrough point to attack the secondary auxiliary Shen carp and Guo Zhengyu. During the trial, Shen and others not only tried to lead the evil water to Shen and Guo, but also tried to impose the crime of creating evil books on Shen Lingyu. But from Shen Linyu's home search Yu Yuli et al correspondence, also implicates from the jade to set up the official a matter. Shen has taken advantage of this opportunity to attack political opponents. The political dispute led by Shen has not only had a bad effect on the political situation of Wanli, but also had a negative impact on the political situation in the late Ming Dynasty.
