从满文寄信档看“乌什事变”中的首任伊犁将军明瑞

【摘要】：作为首任伊犁将军,明瑞主持了清代中期"乌什事变"的前线平定以及其后的善后工作,但传统文献对此记载不仅过于简略,甚至还存有一些细节性的错误,以致后世对"乌什事变"中的明瑞功过评价不一。文章通过对《乾隆朝满文寄信档》中清代新疆稀见史料的爬梳,分析"乌什事变"中的明瑞功与过,并兼及对伊犁将军与喀什噶尔参赞大臣职权变化进行讨论。
[Abstract]:As the first general of Yili, Ming Rui presided over the front line of the "Wushi incident" in the middle of the Qing Dynasty and the aftermath of it. However, the traditional literature not only made the record too brief, but also made some mistakes in detail. As a result, later generations of the "Usher incident" in Ming Rui's merits and demerits are different. This paper analyzes the Ming Rui Gong and the past in "the Wushi incident" by crawling through the rare historical materials of Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty in "the Manchu letter File of the Qianlong Dynasty", and also discusses the changes of the functions and powers of General Yili and the Counsellor of Kashgar.
