金代北京留守述论

【摘要】：金朝北京是金朝的重要陪都之一,见于史料可考的金北京留守有29人,31人次。构成了金代地方官僚体系的重要组成部分。北京留守主要有平叛维稳、营建工程、监督考察地方官员、审理诉讼、经济治理等职掌。金北京地理位置民族情况特殊,故为有效巩固统治,北京留守多为女真贵族担任,该职官的转迁主要有调往他任、卒于任上等两大情况,调往他任包括升迁、同级调任、降罢。其中民族出身、任职途径、前任职官品级等因素,都对金北京留守的任免与迁转产生着重要的影响。
[Abstract]:Jin Dynasty Beijing is one of the important capital of Jin Dynasty. It constituted an important part of the local bureaucracy in Jin Dynasty. Beijing stays mainly counter-insurgency, construction projects, supervision and inspection of local officials, litigation, economic governance and other responsibilities. Jin Beijing geographical position national situation is special, therefore in order to effectively consolidate the rule, Beijing stays behind for the female true aristocrat to hold the post, this official's transfer mainly has transferred to him, died in the Ren superior two big circumstances, transferred to him including promotion, the same rank transfer, down bar. Among them, ethnic origin, career path, former rank and other factors all have an important impact on the appointment, removal and transfer of Jin Beijing left-behind.
