民营企业政治关联、制度环境、薪酬激励和企业成长性研究

【摘要】:在新时期我国经济发展的新常态下,民营经济已经成为我国市场经济发展的重要力量,民营企业已经成为我国保障居民就业、促进社会创业的重要的渠道,对于我国经济发展战略转型、稳定国家经济增长和增强国家创新能力方面具有重要意义。新时期全面深化改革的重要决定给我国民营经济和民营企业的发展壮大提供了巨大的机遇。在这样的时代背景下,本文寄希望于通过对中国民营上市企业的实证研究,探究如下几个问题:(1)民营企业政治关联对于企业成长性究竟是否有影响,如果有影响,是积极地正面影响还是消极的负面影响?(2)民营企业所处区域的制度环境对这一潜在的影响的效应如何,不同制度环境下这一潜在影响是否存在差异?(3)民营企业内部的薪酬激励水平是否会对这一潜在影响产生作用?本文通过文献研究和实证研究相结合的方法,首先回顾了民营企业政治关联、制度环境、薪酬激励和企业成长性的相关理论与研究,通过机理分析探究了民营企业政治关联对企业成长性的影响作用,探究了在不同的企业外部制度环境或内部薪酬激励水平下,这种影响作用可能出现的差异性,并提出了相关研究假设。本文以上市时间满五年且在2010年至2014年间持续经营的、在证监会上市公司行业分类指引中属于制造业的民营企业为研究样本,首先通过样本民营企业年报中的财务指标数据构建民营企业成长性综合评价模型,并采用描述性统计分析、因子分析、相关性分析和回归分析等实证分析的定量方法,计算得出企业成长性评价得分,并对文章所提假设进行检验。本文得到的主要结论如下:(1)民营企业政治关联对民营企业成长性具有显著影响,企业政治关联的程度越高的民营企业,企业的成长性评价越好。(2)民营企业政治关联对企业成长性的促进作用还受到其企业所在地的制度环境的影响,制度环境中的市场化水平维度对政治关联对企业成长性的影响具有明显的调节作用,制度环境中的政府干预程度维度对政治关联对企业成长性的影响的调节作用不显著。(3)民营企业政治关联对企业成长性的促进作用受到企业内部薪酬激励水平的影响,民营企业高层管理者薪酬水平相对较高的企业,其企业政治关联对企业成长性的提升促进作用更为明显。
[Abstract]:In the new period of the new normal for China's economic development, the private economy has become an important force in the development of China's market economy, private enterprises have become our country to protect residents employment and promote the important channel of social entrepreneurship, is of great significance for China's economic development strategic transformation, stable economic growth and enhance the national innovation ability. The important decision of the comprehensive deepening of the reform in the new period provides a great opportunity for the development and expansion of the private economy and private enterprises in China. In this background, this paper hopes through the empirical research on Chinese private listed enterprises, to explore the following questions: (1) effects of political connection of private enterprises for enterprise growth whether there is, if there is a positive impact effect, positive or negative pole of fire? (2) private enterprises at the effect of institutional environment on the regional potential influence how different system environment the potential impact of whether there is a difference? (3) whether the private enterprise internal incentive level will have to work for this potential impact? Through the combined method of literature research and empirical research, firstly reviews related the theory of political association of private enterprise, institutional environment, salary incentive and enterprise growth and research, through the analysis of the mechanism of political connection of private enterprises on enterprise growth impacts on In different enterprise external system environment or internal salary incentive level, this effect may appear difference, and put forward relevant research hypothesis. Taking the time to market for five years and 2014 years in 2010 to continue operating, the Commission listed company industry classification guidelines belongs to the manufacturing industry of private enterprises as the research sample, first through the construction of growth of the comprehensive evaluation model of financial indicators of sample data in the annual report of private enterprises and private enterprises, using quantitative analysis method empirical descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, calculated the enterprise growth evaluation score, and to test the hypothesis proposed in this paper. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the political connection of private enterprises has a significant impact on the growth of private enterprises. The higher the degree of corporate political connections, the better the growth evaluation of private enterprises. (2) the political connection of private enterprises to promote the growth of enterprises is also affected by the institutional environment of the enterprise is located, the level of market dimensions in the system environment has an apparent effect on the impact of political connection on corporate growth, regulation of dimensions of the extent of government intervention in the system environment on the impact of the political connection the enterprise growth is not significant. (3) the role of private enterprises' political connections in promoting the growth of enterprises is influenced by the level of compensation incentive in enterprises. The higher level managers of private enterprises pay higher level of corporate political connections, and the promotion of business growth is more obvious.
