【摘要】：本人旨在西方性别平等理论的基础上进一步探讨英格尔哈特的性别平等理论。通过对性别平等的阻碍和促进因素以及对性别平等支持态度的详细分析,为性别平等与其他变量的论证奠定坚实的理论基础。民主制度中的性别平等问题也就是女性的政治参与问题,文中通过对英格尔哈特关于女性政治参与的论证,进一步突出了性别平等与民主的现实表现。英格尔哈特的性别平等理论是贯穿在整个社会变迁过程中的。其中包含了经济发展、文化变迁、民主与性别平等的相互关系。女性在议会中的比例成为其理论研究的一个重要的变量,英格尔哈特通过回归分析验证了经济发展与文化变量对女性在议会中的比例和一个国家的民主水平有着特殊意义。尽管议会中的性别平等和民主是紧密相关的,但民主却不是它产生的直接原因。一个国家的传统文化遗产、经济发展水平和社会变迁对性别平等以及民主都产生重要的作用,然而影响最大的是从生存价值观到自我表现价值观的文化迁移。多变量分析表明文化变迁是不断上升的女性在议会中的比例和高水平的民主的直接原因。一个社会的传统文化遗产和经济发展水平对性别平等和民主水平的作用是通过影响自我表现价值观实现的。强调性别平等构成了自我表现价值观的一个主题,变化的价值观与变化的性别角色是一脉相承的。来自80个国家的实验性证据得出的结论是：现代化进程驱使了文化变迁,进而促进了女性在公共生活中的崛起和民主制度的发展。支持性别平等不仅仅是民主化的一个结果,它也是促进社会转型和民主制度发展的广阔的文化变迁的一部分。
[Abstract]:I aim to further explore Ingerhardt's theory of gender equality on the basis of the western theory of gender equality. Through the detailed analysis of the factors that hinder and promote gender equality and the attitude of supporting gender equality, Lay a solid theoretical foundation for the argument of gender equality and other variables. The issue of gender equality in democracy is the issue of women's political participation. It further highlights the reality of gender equality and democracy. Ingerhardt's theory of gender equality runs through the whole process of social change. It includes economic development, cultural change, The interrelationship between democracy and gender equality. The proportion of women in parliament is an important variable in its theoretical research, Ingerhardt proved through regression analysis that economic development and cultural variables have special implications for women's representation in parliament and a country's level of democracy, although gender equality and democracy in parliament are closely related. But democracy is not the direct cause of it. The traditional cultural heritage of a country, the level of economic development and social change play an important role in gender equality and democracy. However, the most important influence is the cultural transfer from survival values to self-expression values. Multivariate analysis shows that cultural change is the direct cause of the rising proportion of women in parliament and the high level of democracy. The traditional cultural heritage and level of economic development of a society contribute to gender equality and democracy. It is achieved by influencing the values of self-expression. Emphasizing that gender equality constitutes a theme of self-expression values, Changing values are linked to changing gender roles. Experimental evidence from 80 countries concludes that modernisation drives cultural change, which in turn promotes the rise of women in public life and the development of democratic institutions. Supporting gender equality is not just a result of democratization. It is also part of a broad cultural shift that promotes social transformation and the development of democracy.
