政治体系的网络化与网络政治学的发展

【摘要】：由于网络技术、计算机技术、信息技术、人工智能技术以及虚拟现实技术等的长足发展,人类社会活动、社会交往和社会行为由"真实"进入"虚拟"、由物质时空进入虚拟时空已经成为事实。由网络技术、计算机技术和信息技术等所支撑的虚拟性与真实性并存的政治体系和政治形态,简称为网络政治,网络政治的发展趋势主要体现在以下几个方面:一是网络空间政治意识与政治心理对公民政治生活的重塑,二是网络空间政治发展的解意识形态化与政治文化发展的多元化,三是网络空间政治发展的去权威化与去中心化,四是网络空间政治发展的草根民主化与去阶层化,五是网络空间政治体系的去封闭性以及治理体系的国际化发展。从政治学研究的视角来看,由于未来政治发展必然会向网络空间拓展,因此网络政治学的研究应成为今后政治学研究的重要内容和核心主题。当前,建构网络政治学学科体系的理论和实践条件已基本具备,应将之系统化为政治学二级学科;同时对其进行科学的学科定位以及对其研究对象、核心概念、研究内容和方法等进行仔细考量,以最大限度地揭示隐藏于网络政治现象背后的客观规律。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of network technology, computer technology, information technology, artificial intelligence technology and virtual reality technology, human social activities, Social interaction and social behavior from "real" to "virtual", from material space-time to virtual space-time has become a reality. Computer technology and information technology support the virtual and authenticity of the political system and political form, referred to as network politics, The development trend of network politics is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, the remolding of citizens' political life by the political consciousness and psychology of cyberspace, and second, the deconstruction of ideology and the diversification of political culture development of cyberspace politics. Third, the political development of cyberspace is deauthoritative and decentralized, and the fourth is the democratization and de-stratification of the grassroots of the development of cyberspace politics. Fifth, the decontamination of the political system in cyberspace and the international development of the governance system. From the perspective of political science research, since the future political development will inevitably expand to cyberspace, Therefore, the research of network politics should become the important content and core topic of political science research in the future. At present, the theoretical and practical conditions for constructing the discipline system of network politics have been basically possessed, and the system should be transformed into the second level discipline of political science. At the same time, it carries on the scientific discipline localization and the research object, the core concept, the research content and the method and so on carries on the careful consideration, in order to reveal the objective law which hides behind the network politics phenomenon to the maximum extent.
