[Abstract]:From 11 to 13 November 2016, The second Congress of the Russian Institute of political scientists and the International Symposium on "Russian Politics: an agenda in a changing World" were held in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory letter to the participating scholars.
