当前中国网络民粹主义思潮的演进态势及其治理

【摘要】：当前中国民粹主义思潮主要以网络民粹主义的形态表现出来,它以碎片化、流变性的话语弥漫于网络空间,由少数精英和大众草根共同推动。触发网络民粹主义的议题具有偶然性和随机性,但又会沿着"美化草根"和"仇视精英"的基本轨迹发展,呈现出某种网络定律。网络民粹主义缺乏独立的形态,对内往往与"新左派"相融合,具有借助乡愁意识来寄托批判现实的旨趣;对外往往与"民族主义"相结合,产生民族民粹主义这一现象,在爱国的名义下宣泄情绪、宣扬仇恨。网络民粹主义的治理,从根本上来说要全面推进改革,促进社会公正;从价值整合来看,要探索民主参与对民粹冲动的整合以及社会公正对绝对平等的整合;在引导策略上,要有针对性、有策略性地做好网络民粹主义的疏导工作。
[Abstract]:At present, the trend of Chinese populism is mainly manifested in the form of network populism, which permeates the cyberspace with fragmented and changing discourse. The issues that trigger online populism are accidental and random, but they will develop along the basic path of "beautifying the grass roots" and "hatred of the elite." There is a kind of network law. The network populism lacks the independent form, and it often merges with the "New left" and has the purport of criticizing the reality with the help of homesickness, and it is often combined with "nationalism". This phenomenon of national populism, in the name of patriotism, is a catharsis of feelings and propaganda of hatred. The governance of online populism must fundamentally promote reform and social justice; from the perspective of value integration, It is necessary to explore the integration of democratic participation in populist impulses and the integration of social justice to absolute equality; in guiding strategies, we should do a good job of network populism in a targeted and strategic way.
