公正的价值维度及其现实观照

【摘要】：公正是人类社会独特而重要的价值对象。当下中国社会不公现象频发的现状,引发人们再度反思公正的价值所在。公正在社会生活中的价值意义是多元而丰富的,因而,它的价值维度呈现为十分多样化的状态。但由于对公正价值维度缺乏深刻的认知,国人在公正问题上存在着相当程度的迷失状况。面对严峻的不公现状,需要从理性层面深入探析并切实把握公正的价值维度及其影响,寻求富有成效的对策,以达至公正价值目标的充分实现。
[Abstract]:Justice is a unique and important value object of human society.The current situation of social injustice in China causes people to rethink the value of justice again.The value meaning of justice in social life is diverse and rich, therefore, its value dimension presents a very diverse state.However, due to the lack of a profound understanding of the value dimension of justice, there is a considerable degree of loss in the issue of justice.In the face of the severe unfair situation, it is necessary to probe into and grasp the value dimension of justice and its influence from the rational level, and to seek effective countermeasures in order to achieve the full realization of the goal of fair value.
