空想社会主义共同体福利的三重图像

【摘要】：社会福利是人类保障基本生活、提高生活质量的制度性安排。在现代性福利谋划中,空想社会主义构想一种共同体式的福利抱负,并呈现出三重理论图像:在社会心理维度,空想社会主义视福利为营造安全感、归属感的途径,追求一种安全共同体的生活;在民生政治向度,空想社会主义将福利看作成员的一项应得权利,发出社会权利共同体的第一声呐喊;在社会建设层面,空想社会主义开列丰富的福利清单,设计出诸种福利模式,为成员生活提供幸福共同体的方案。空想社会主义共同体福利构想影响了自由主义和科学社会主义的福利思想和政策主张。
[Abstract]:Social welfare is the institutional arrangement to ensure basic life and improve the quality of life.In the planning of modern welfare, utopian socialism envisions a kind of community welfare ambition, and presents a triple theoretical image: in the social psychological dimension, utopian socialism regards welfare as a way to create a sense of security and a sense of belonging.Pursuing the life of a kind of security community; in the political direction of people's livelihood, utopian socialism regards welfare as a deserved right of its members and sends out the first cry of the community of social rights; at the level of social construction,Utopian socialism provides rich welfare lists, designs various welfare models, and provides a happy community for the members' lives.The welfare conception of utopian socialist community influenced the welfare thought and policy of liberalism and scientific socialism.
