论民族个体身份的双重性

【摘要】：对民族个体的身份特征加以分析不难发现,民族个体成员既是某一主权国家的公民,拥有"国家公民"的政治身份,也是某一民族共同体的基本构成单位,拥有"民族成员"的文化身份。比较而言,公民身份是所有民族个体都具有的共性身份,民族身份则是其个性身份;公民身份的重要性往往要胜过民族身份,但强调其公民身份的重要性并不意味着其民族身份无关宏旨。鉴于民族个体双重身份之间的张力可能对民族国家政治发展构成威胁,协调民族个体双重身份之间的关系就显得十分必要。赋予具有差异公民身份的民族个体以差别权利,不失为协调民族个体双重身份的有效方式。
[Abstract]:It is not difficult to find that individual members of a nationality are not only citizens of a sovereign state, but also the political identity of "citizens of a country" and the basic units of a certain ethnic community.Having a cultural identity as a member of a nation.In comparison, citizenship is the common identity of all ethnic groups, and national identity is their individual identity; citizenship is often more important than national identity.But stressing the importance of citizenship does not mean that national identity is irrelevant.In view of the tension between dual identities of national individuals may pose a threat to the political development of national countries, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between dual identities of national individuals.It is an effective way to coordinate the dual identity of national individuals by giving different rights to national individuals with different citizenship.
