探索正义与自由——评汪丁

【摘要】:汪丁丁教授新著《新政治经济学讲义》界定了"新政治经济学"的中心议题和基本分析框架,这一框架围绕物质维度、社会生活维度和精神生活维度展开:正义即以联合生产为特征的合作秩序中界定参与者"得到其应得"的规则界定及其有效执行,其中核心是分立财产权的保护;自由是人之定义的构成性要素,与社会生活维度相关联表达为"消极自由",与个体精神维度相联系表达为心性自由;无效率导致匮乏。系统分析和社会演化过程分析需要在新古典正统的帕累托效率概念之外引入"适应性效率"。以上三个维度任一维度存在缺陷都构成个体不幸福的原因。以转型中国为背景,作者分析中国面临的正义、自由和效率问题,提出当前中国社会基本问题,其初级形式为正义,高级形式为心性自由。
[Abstract]:Professor Wang Dingding's New political Economics handout defines the central topic and basic analytical framework of New political economy, which revolves around the material dimension.The social life dimension and the spiritual life dimension unfold: Justice is defined in the cooperative order characterized by joint production, the rules that define the participants "get their due" and their effective implementation, the core of which is the protection of the separate property rights;Freedom is the constitutive element of the definition of human being, which is expressed as "negative freedom" in relation to the dimension of social life, and is expressed as "mental freedom" in relation to the dimension of individual spirit; inefficiency leads to lack of efficiency.System analysis and social evolution process analysis need to introduce adaptive efficiency beyond the Pareto efficiency concept of neoclassical orthodoxy.Any of the above three dimensions has defects which constitute the cause of individual unhappiness.Based on the background of China's transition, the author analyzes the problems of justice, freedom and efficiency facing China, and points out that the basic problems in Chinese society at present are justice in the primary form and freedom in the mind in the higher form.
