【摘要】："参政党"是当代中国政党制度中特有的概念。周恩来作为新中国政治制度与政党制度的重要缔造者之一,十分重视中国各民主党派在国家政治生活中的参政地位和参政议政作用,较早提出了比较明确的参政党建设思想。这些思想对于我们今天坚持和发展中国特色的政党制度,推进社会主义民主协商广泛、多层、制度化发展,特别是加强和改进参政党建设具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Party participation is a unique concept in contemporary Chinese political party system.Zhou Enlai, as one of the important creators of the political system and the political party system in New China, attached great importance to the political participation and the role of the democratic parties in the political life of the country, and put forward a clear thought on the construction of the participating political parties.These thoughts are of great significance for us to adhere to and develop the political party system with Chinese characteristics and to promote the extensive, multi-level and institutionalized development of socialist democratic consultation, especially to strengthen and improve the construction of participating political parties.
