【摘要】：在《政府论下篇》之中,理查德·胡克是洛克多次征引的权威,这给人造成一种印象,似乎《下篇》里的政治学说建立在胡克思想的基础之上。通过考察《下篇》中洛克对胡克的引用,并将洛克的学说与胡克的观点进行比对,可以发现胡克与洛克之间的分歧远大于一致。洛克对胡克的原文进行断章取义的曲解,从而将"自然状态"和"社会契约"等新颖学说置于胡克这一传统权威的保护之下,最终提出了人民有权反抗政府的激进主张。事实上,洛克与胡克关于人之本性和政治共同体性质的观点从一开始就具有根本性的差异,这种差异正是洛克最终与胡克分道扬镳的原因所在。
[Abstract]:In the second Book of the Government, Richard Hook is Locke's repeated citation of authority, which gives the impression that the political doctrine in the second chapter is based on Hook's thought.By examining Locke's reference to Hook in the second part, and comparing Locke's theory with Hook's view, it is found that the difference between Hook and Locke is far greater than that of consensus.Locke misinterpreted Hook's original text out of context, thus putting new theories such as "natural state" and "social contract" under the protection of Hook's traditional authority, and finally put forward the radical proposition that the people have the right to resist the government.In fact, Locke and Hook's views on the nature of human nature and political community were fundamentally different from the beginning, which is why Locke finally parted ways with Hook.
