市民社会批判视阈下的马克思政治哲学的革命性变革

【摘要】：马克思的市民社会批判具体显现为两种逻辑,通过政治经济学批判通达历史唯物主义构成了它的显性逻辑,通过近代政治哲学批判创立马克思政治哲学构成了它的隐性逻辑。在马克思政治哲学思想的历史生成过程之中,市民社会问题的研究不仅帮助马克思清算了对黑格尔法哲学的信仰,而且促成了马克思与古典自由主义所代表的近代政治哲学传统的分离,在这个意义上,市民社会批判就成为马克思实现政治哲学革命性变革的思想节点。在市民社会批判的平台上,马克思从理论立场、致思路径和价值追求这三个方面批判并超越了以古典自由主义为核心的近代政治哲学传统学说,实现了政治哲学的革命性变革。
[Abstract]:Marx's critique of civil society is manifested as two kinds of logic, which is composed of its dominant logic through critique of political economy and understanding of historical materialism, and the establishment of Marxist political philosophy as its hidden logic through criticism of modern political philosophy.In the course of the historical formation of Marx's political philosophy, the study of civil society not only helped Marx clear his belief in Hegel's philosophy of law,In this sense, civil society criticism has become the ideological node of Marx to realize the revolutionary transformation of political philosophy.On the platform of critique of civil society, Marx criticized and transcended the traditional theory of modern political philosophy with classical liberalism as the core and realized the revolutionary change of political philosophy from three aspects: theoretical standpoint, thinking path and value pursuit.
