论西方政制危机之政体条件原理

【摘要】：冷战之后,欧美国家的同质化文化又开始演变为异质化文化,其中以法国和美国最为典型:外来移民冲击着国家认同,出现了国民性危机;政治正确的文化多元主义冲击着其传统的立国价值即基于基督教文明的"美国信条",出现国内"文明的冲突";长达30多年的新自由主义经济政策使社会空前不平等,社会充满了愤恨情绪;社会不平等又刺激了国民性危机和国内"文明的冲突",从而才有特朗普的当选和法国极右势力的坐大。所有这些表明,过去基于同质化条件而制造的自由主义民主理论,在社会结构发生了根本性变化之后,这种理论不仅不能再为自己的合法性论证,反而已经成为伤害西方社会的一套过时的话语体系。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the homogenized culture of Europe and the United States began to evolve into heterogeneous culture, of which France and the United States were the most typical.Politically correct cultural pluralism has impacted on its traditional nation-building value, that is, the "American creed" based on Christian civilization, resulting in a "clash of civilizations" in the country, and the unprecedented social inequality caused by the neoliberal economic policy for more than 30 years.Society is full of resentment; social inequality has fuelled the national crisis and the clash of civilisations at home, leading to Trump's election and France's far-right.All this shows that the liberal democratic theory that was created in the past on the basis of homogenization conditions, after a fundamental change in the social structure, is no longer capable of justifying its legitimacy.Instead, it has become an outdated system of discourse that harms Western societies.
