公民权的疆界

【摘要】：文章将citizenship译为"公民权",着重讨论其疆界问题。公民权是相互性的主体间性概念。它涉及到公民彼此之间的关系如何界定,以及公民与国家之间的关系如何界定的问题。公民权在本质上是排斥性概念,只不过这种排斥有着一种包容性概念的团结幻象。这种包容幻象通过权利义务配置和身份认同的构建,将原本被排斥的人群包容进社会体系之中,加强了社会团结。这是公民权的进步史,也是其辩证法。
[Abstract]:This article translates citizenship into "citizenship" and focuses on its boundary issues. Citizenship is an intersubjective concept of intersubjectivity. It involves the definition of the relationship between citizens and the definition of the relationship between citizens and the state. Citizenship is essentially exclusive, but this exclusion has an inclusive concept. The unity illusion of the concept of sex. This kind of inclusion, through the construction of the allocation of rights and obligations and the construction of identity, contains the excluded people into the social system and strengthens the social solidarity. This is the progress history of civil rights and its dialectics.
