中国政学传统中的治体论:基于历史脉络的考察

【摘要】：作为经世思想传统的中心范畴,治体论显示出对于秩序形态和政治构造的一种整体意识与体系自觉,蕴含了对政治秩序之关键要素及其组合演进的认知和评判。以三代经典体系及诸子学为渊源,治体论经汉唐儒学之培植,在近世政学传统中得到充足发展,形成了理学和事功学代表的分别以心性与事理为主干的理路类型。近世治体论尤其体现出中国传统对于治道、治法和治人等要素及其关联的丰富思考,构成重整与推进政治自我理解的重要基础。
[Abstract]:As the central category of the thought tradition, the theory of governing body shows a kind of whole consciousness and system consciousness about the form of order and political structure, and contains the cognition and judgment of the key elements of political order and its combination and evolution. Based on the classical system of three generations and the school of thought, the theory of governing style was cultivated by Confucianism in Han and Tang dynasties, and it was fully developed in the tradition of political science in modern times, and formed a kind of theory of thought and principle as the main body of the representatives of Neo-Confucianism and ergonomics, respectively. The theory of governing system in modern times especially reflects the rich thinking of the elements and their relations in Chinese tradition, which constitute the important foundation for reorganizing and promoting political self-understanding.
