汉代黄老政治道义观的历史阐扬——《淮南子》君臣民关系论及其思想特色

【摘要】：着眼于秦汉大一统政治发展,《淮南子》对君、臣、民之间复杂的政治关系有着深刻独到的反思认识。以批判"亡秦之失"为基点,《淮南子》从制度、利益、情感及道义等方面深入探讨,力求为西汉统治阶层阐发和提供一种更为理想的"君臣民关系论"。《淮南子》的这种理论思考,始终凸显出强烈的"义政"理念与"民本"精神,并在西汉大一统条件下,既对先秦古典"公天下"思想作出展现自身黄老特色的时代回应,也委曲表达出渴求王国自治,期待开明专制的皇权政治的深层意图。《淮南子》"君臣民关系论"是汉代黄老极具代表性的理论成果,充分反映出西汉前期统治阶层在治国实践及经验上的理性成熟。
[Abstract]:In view of the political development of the Qin and Han Dynasties, the "Huainan son" has a profound and unique reflection on the complex political relations between the monarch, the minister and the people. In order to criticize "the loss of the dead Qin" as the base point, the "Huainan son" is deeply discussed from the aspects of system, interest, emotion and moral meaning, so as to elucidate and provide a more ideal "gentleman and the people customs" for the ruling class of the Western Han Dynasty. This theoretical thought of "Huainan Zi" has always highlighted the strong sense of "righteous government" and the spirit of "people based", and under the great unification of the Western Han Dynasty, it not only makes a response to the times of the ancient "public world" of the Pre-Qin Dynasty, but also expresses the deep intention of longing for the autonomy of the Kingdom and expecting the enlightened and autocratic imperial politics. The south son > "the theory of the relationship between the monarch and the people" is a representative theoretical result of Huang Lao in the Han Dynasty, which fully reflects the rational maturity of the ruling class in the early Western Han Dynasty in the practice and experience of administering the country.
