【摘要】：正2013年11月9日至10日,南开大学当代中国问题研究院主办的"协商民主理论与实践国际研讨会"在天津召开,来自海内外50余名专家学者围绕协商民主的理论与实践在发展中所面临的主要问题展开了热烈的讨论。研讨会上,学者们各抒己见,相互磋商,发表了许多新的见解。一、协商民主在民主政治发展中的意义与会学者普遍认为,协商民主是民主化进程自身发展的内在逻辑,应当在民主化的历史进程中定位当
[Abstract]:From 9 to 10 November 2013, the International Seminar on the Theory and practice of Consultative Democracy, sponsored by the Institute of Contemporary China Studies of Nankai University, was held in Tianjin. More than 50 experts and scholars from home and abroad discussed the main problems in the development of the theory and practice of deliberative democracy. At the seminar, scholars expressed their own views, consulted each other and expressed many new ideas. First, the significance of deliberative democracy in the development of democratic politics the participants generally held that consultative democracy is the internal logic of the process of democratization itself, and should be positioned in the historical process of democratization.
