西方政治发展评估研究述评

【摘要】：第二次世界大战结束以来,少数西方大国一直掌控着政治发展评估领域的主导地位和话语权。西方政治发展评估在概念、评估维度、指标测量等多方面均存在难以克服的主观性、片面性和意识形态偏见,不利于对世界范围内尤其是广大新兴发展中国家政治发展的进程给予科学、客观、全面的评估与测量。对战后西方政治发展评估研究进行必要的回顾、批判与反思,对于破除西式话语霸权,科学、客观、全面地评估全球政治发展,尤其是改革开放以来中国政治发展所取得非凡成就,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the end of World War II, a small number of Western powers have dominated political development assessments. In the western political development evaluation, there are many aspects, such as concept, evaluation dimension, index measurement and so on, which are difficult to overcome, such as subjectivity, one-sidedness and ideological bias. It is not conducive to scientific, objective and comprehensive evaluation and measurement of the political development process in the world, especially in the emerging developing countries. It is necessary to review, criticize and reflect on the research on the evaluation of western political development after the war, in order to break down the western discourse hegemony, scientifically, objectively and comprehensively evaluate the global political development. Especially since the reform and opening up, China's political development has made remarkable achievements, with very important theoretical and practical significance.
