论制度与价值观的内外在逻辑关系

【摘要】：制度与价值观具有内在相通性,是双向互动的统一,包含制度内化为价值观和价值观外化为制度两个方面。制度内化为价值观是指制度价值观化,是价值观对制度设计、执行和评价具有指导作用,是价值观功能的发挥;价值观外化为制度是指价值观制度化,是制度对价值观的实现提供强有力的保障,是制度功能的发挥。制度价值观化和价值观制度化集中体现为制度的价值诉求。制度的价值诉求是一个丰富的价值体系,在这个价值体系中,公正、平等和自由居于核心和主导地位,支配着其他价值观。
[Abstract]:System and values are interlinked, which is the unity of two-way interaction, including the internalization of institution into values and the externalization of values into institutions. The internalization of the system to the values refers to the institutionalization of values, the guidance of the values to the design, implementation and evaluation of the system, the exertion of the functions of the values, the externalization of the values as the institutionalization of the values, The system provides a strong guarantee for the realization of values and exerts the function of the system. The institutionalization and institutionalization of values are embodied in the value demands of the system. The value demand of institution is a rich value system in which justice equality and freedom occupy the core and dominant position and dominate other values.
