【摘要】：社会公正是和谐社会的题中应有之义，没有公正就不可能有和谐；没有全社会对社会公正的基本共识，，也不可能建设和谐社会。马克思主义正义理论赋予了正义以全新的生命。《德意志意识形态》是第一部成熟的马克思主义哲学著作，虽然它是一部未完成的著作，但是丝毫不能降低它在马克思主义哲学发展史上的地位。国内外关于这部著作的研究成果可谓汗牛充栋，然而却鲜见讨论这部著作中蕴含的正义思想的文章。因此结合研究马克思正义理论的热点，尝试从正义视角来解读这部著作也是很有价值的。本篇论文主要是通过研究《德意志意识形态》这一重要著作，分析其中所蕴含的正义思想，及其正义思想在马克思的正义理论中的地位；再通过对西方政治哲学中正义理论的梳理，对比发现马克思主义正义理论对西方正义理论的超越；最后探求《德意志意识形态》正义思想的当代价值。
[Abstract]:Social justice is the proper meaning of a harmonious society, without which there can be no harmony, and it is impossible to build a harmonious society without the basic consensus of the whole society on social justice. Marxist theory of justice gives justice a new life. German ideology is the first mature Marxist philosophical work. Although it is an unfinished work, it can not reduce its position in the history of Marxist philosophy. Domestic and foreign research on this work can be said to be full of achievements, but rarely discuss the article of justice thought contained in this work. Therefore, it is very valuable to try to interpret this work from the perspective of justice in combination with the hot spot of Marx's theory of justice. This paper mainly through the study of "German ideology" this important work, analyzes the justice thought contained therein, and the justice thought in Marx's justice theory position; By combing the theory of justice in western political philosophy, the author contrasts and finds that Marxist theory of justice surpasses the theory of western justice, and finally explores the contemporary value of the thought of justice in "German ideology".
