亚洲主要政党塑造、运用政党愿景治党理政的经验与启示

【摘要】：政党的政治愿景是政党参与国家政治生活不可或缺的要素。政党通过塑造并传播政党的政治愿景,来宣传本党的政治价值观、施政纲领及政策主张。其目的在于赢得民众对政党的认同与支持,进而执掌国家政权或影响公共政策。政党愿景不仅是政党激励和动员社会成员的重要手段,还可以整合党内外政治利益。当前,政党愿景已经成为世界政党治党理政必不可少的重要方式。近年来,亚洲一些主要政党在执政过程中大力塑造并传播政党的政治愿景,通过政党愿景来赢得民众的支持,进而推动了国家发展、实现了民族进步。他们的一些经验值得中国共产党借鉴。同时,这些经验对我们从政党愿景的视角来理解中国梦这一重大战略思想也具有重要启示。
[Abstract]:The political vision of a political party is an indispensable element for its participation in national political life. Political parties propagate their political values, policy agenda and policy ideas by shaping and disseminating their political vision. Its purpose is to win the people's approval and support of the political party, and then to run the state power or influence public policy. Party vision is not only an important means for political parties to motivate and mobilize social members, but also to integrate political interests inside and outside the party. At present, the party vision has become an essential and important way for the world party to manage the party. In recent years, some major political parties in Asia have made great efforts to shape and disseminate the political vision of political parties in the process of governing, which has won the support of the people through the vision of political parties, thus promoting the development of the country and realizing the national progress. Some of their experiences are worth learning from the Communist Party of China. At the same time, these experiences also have important implications for us to understand Chinese Dream as a major strategic thought from the perspective of party vision.
