民营企业政治关联、组织冗余和技术创新

【摘要】：在转型环境下企业实施政治关联进而影响企业组织冗余和技术创新,是企业获取竞争优势和可持续发展的独特资源。基于资源基础论对企业政治关联、组织冗余和企业技术创新之间的关系进行分析可知,作为外部资源获取企业政治关联能促进企业技术创新能力;作为内部资源供给的组织冗余能促进企业技术创新;组织冗余在政治关联与技术创新中起到中介作用。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of transformation, the implementation of political connection affects organizational redundancy and technological innovation, which is the unique resource for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage and sustainable development. Based on the resource-based theory, the relationship between corporate political association, organizational redundancy and enterprise technological innovation is analyzed. As an external resource, acquiring enterprise political association can promote enterprise's technological innovation ability. Organizational redundancy, as an internal resource supply, can promote technological innovation of enterprises, and organizational redundancy plays an intermediary role in political connection and technological innovation.
