社会民主主义国家理论的演变及原因研究

【摘要】：任何一种社会制度最核心的制度构建就是国家制度的构建,而任何国家制度的构建都离不开国家理论的支撑。因此,国家理论历来在国家政治制度理论的研究中处于极其重要的地位。社会民主主义作为当今世界拥有广泛影响力的社会思潮,对世界的经济、政治、文化都产生了重要影响。随着改革开放起影响也逐渐深入中国,在政界、学界都有很大影响。本文立足于对社会民主主义思潮的核心问题——国家理论的演变,通过对其理论演变的过程和原因的研究,从而能更清楚的认识社会民主主义,对丰富理论研究有重要意义。 社会民主主义国家理论核心是:国家不是阶级统治的工具,而是包含了一定的经济、政治、文化和社会生活的人类共同体;民主是国家的基本制度;为了维护社会公正,克服市场的“弱肉强食”特性,社会福利的存在是必要的。 论文结合社会民主主义国家理论的发展分为三个阶段进行论述:国家理论的初步形成,两次世界大战之间、二战之后的福利国家的鼎盛时代,以及20世纪末福利国家遭遇困境后所寻求的新的改变——“第三条道路”思想的提出,通过这三个部分的论述,进而把社会民主主义国家理论的演变历程梳理清楚,为进一步分析其理论演变的原因提供了基础。在第三部分的基础上,文章第四部分着重分析社会民主主义国家理论演变的原因,分别从理论到现实,以及所面临的全球化背景下去分析,得出了三个主要原因,一个是其以“改良主义”为基础的理论修正的传统,第二个是现实政治实践的考虑,最后一个是社会民主主义在全球化背景下的改变;在文章最后的部分,通过对社会民主主义国家理论的演变历程及原因的分析,得出了一些对当代中国发展有益的启示,从政治和经济两个角度作了进一步详细的阐释。
[Abstract]:The core of any social system is the construction of the state system, and the construction of any national system can not be separated from the support of the state theory. Therefore, the theory of state has always been in an extremely important position in the study of the theory of national political system. Social democracy, as a social trend of thought with wide influence in the world today, has exerted an important influence on the world economy, politics and culture. With the reform and opening up, the impact has gradually penetrated into China, in the political world, the academic community has a great impact. This paper is based on the evolution of the state theory, which is the core problem of the trend of thought of social democracy, and through the study of the process and reason of the evolution of the theory, we can understand the social democracy more clearly, and it is of great significance to enrich the theoretical research. The core of the social democratic state theory is that the state is not a tool of class rule, but a human community containing certain economic, political, cultural and social life; democracy is the basic system of the state; and in order to safeguard social justice, The existence of social welfare is necessary to overcome the "law of the jungle" characteristic of the market. The thesis combines the development of the social democratic state theory into three stages: the initial formation of the state theory, the peak of the welfare state after World War II, and the period between the two world wars. And the new change of "the third way" after the welfare state encountered difficulties at the end of the 20th century, through the discussion of these three parts, the evolution course of the theory of social democratic state is sorted out clearly. It provides a basis for further analysis of the reasons for the evolution of its theory. On the basis of the third part, the fourth part of the article focuses on the analysis of the reasons for the evolution of the theory of social democratic countries, respectively, from theory to reality, and under the background of globalization, three main reasons are obtained. One is its tradition of revising its theory based on "reformism", the second is the consideration of realistic political practice, and the last is the change of social democracy in the context of globalization; in the last part of the article, Based on the analysis of the evolution course and reasons of the theory of social democratic state, this paper draws some useful revelations for the development of contemporary China, and gives a further detailed explanation from the political and economic perspectives.
