【摘要】：公民资格是二十世纪九十年代炙手可热的话题,T·H·马歇尔(T·H·Marshall)作为英国著名的社会学家和政治学家率先使用公民资格概念,并细致分析三种权利的概念,成为当代西方学者分析公民资格理论的基础。马歇尔在他的理论中将公民资格与社会阶级的发展联系起来,试图分析在自由市场下资本主义如何解决民主发展和资本主义所带来的阶级矛盾之间的关系问题。他的理论是对英国这个世界上第一个福利国家模型的理论基础的阐释。而随着对公民资格理论的不断研究,许多西方学者根据社会发展的现实对马歇尔的理论进行了发展,使公民资格理论的研究走向深入。本文主要分为两个部分,上半部分以马歇尔的《公民身份与社会阶级》以及其相关论文为主,具体阐述了马歇尔对公民资格理论的理解。包括对公民资格概念的理解、阶级关系的理解以及在其理论下福利国家的实现。论文的下半部分主要是西方学者对马歇尔公民资格理论的发展,从概念和阶级观念以及福利国家的角度进行分析,分析了西方学者对马歇尔公民资格理论的深入研究与发展。文章的最后结论部分明确了马歇尔公民资格理论对西方福利国家的指导意义,并明确了对中国社会福利制度的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Citizenship was a hot topic in the 1990s. T. H. Marshall, a famous British sociologist and political scientist, took the lead in using the concept of citizenship and analyzed the three concepts of rights in detail. It has become the basis of contemporary western scholars' analysis of citizenship theory. In his theory, Marshall linked citizenship to the development of social class, and tried to analyze how capitalism solved the relationship between democratic development and class contradictions brought about by capitalism in the free market. His theory is an explanation of the theoretical basis of the first welfare state model in the world. With the continuous study of citizenship theory, many western scholars have developed Marshall's theory according to the reality of social development, which makes the research of citizenship theory go deep. This paper is divided into two parts, the first half of which is Marshall's Citizenship and Social Class, and his related papers, which specifically explain Marshall's understanding of citizenship theory. It includes the concept of citizenship, the understanding of class relation and the realization of welfare state under its theory. The second half of the thesis is mainly about the development of Marshall's citizenship theory by western scholars. It analyses the concept and class concept as well as the welfare state, and analyzes the in-depth research and development of Marshall's citizenship theory by western scholars. The last part of the paper clarifies the guiding significance of Marshall's citizenship theory to the western welfare state and the reference significance to China's social welfare system.
