传统政治文化对我国政治腐败的影响及其对策研究

【摘要】： 政治腐败问题是古今中外几乎所有国家都难以避免的严重社会问题,在社会主义制度已经稳固建立的当代中国也不例外。产生政治腐败的原因多种多样,笔者认为其中最重要的原因当属人们脑海中存留的腐化堕落思想,这是腐败产生的深层次文化根源。对于我国这样有着悠久的历史,并且文化底蕴深厚的国家来说,传统政治文化对于民众的影响极为深远。中国的传统政治文化中有许多优秀的思想传统,如主张仁政,主张道德修身等,这些思想都对当今我国政治文明建设有很重要的启示作用。但不可否认的是,两千多年的封建专制统治,也使中国传统政治文化中存在很多封建遗毒,如人治思想、等级观念等都为政治腐败现象的产生提供了思想来源,是产生政治腐败的深层次文化根源。以往学界对于政治腐败的研究多是从制度建设层面展开,而忽略了从文化视角对于政治腐败治理路径的探讨,本文试图以政治文化为视角,研究我国传统政治文化对于我国政治腐败的影响,进而从政治文化视域探讨腐败治理的文化路径。
[Abstract]:The problem of political corruption is a serious social problem that almost all countries at all times and all over the world can not avoid, and contemporary China, where the socialist system has been firmly established, is no exception. There are a variety of reasons for political corruption, and the author thinks that the most important reason is the corruption-decadent thought that exists in people's minds, which is the deep-seated cultural root of corruption. For a country with a long history and profound cultural background, the traditional political culture has a profound influence on the people. There are many excellent ideological traditions in Chinese traditional political culture, such as the idea of benevolence, moral self-cultivation and so on, all of which have very important enlightenments to the construction of political civilization in our country. However, it is undeniable that the feudal autocratic rule of more than two thousand years has also led to the existence of many feudal legacies in Chinese traditional political culture, such as the idea of the rule of man, the idea of hierarchy, and so on, all of which provided an ideological source for the emergence of the phenomenon of political corruption. It is the deep cultural root of political corruption. In the past, the researches on political corruption were carried out from the perspective of system construction, while ignoring the discussion of the ways to govern political corruption from the cultural perspective, this paper attempts to take the political culture as the perspective. This paper studies the influence of Chinese traditional political culture on China's political corruption, and then probes into the cultural path of corruption management from the perspective of political culture.
